Common Issues

Most issues with Adsu fall into a few categories: expired tokens, stalled data syncs, tracking script problems, or gaps in attribution data. The guides below cover the most common scenarios and walk you through resolving them step by step.

Before diving into a specific guide, a good first step is always to check Settings > Connections in your dashboard. This page shows the real-time status of every integration. Green indicators mean the connection is healthy. Red or yellow indicators point you to the specific integration that needs attention.
