Is AnyTrack a fit for a gym?

AnyTrack is a conversion-tracking tag for affiliate, ecommerce and lead-gen marketers. It sends CRM events server-side to Google and Meta, priced by websites, sessions and seats. It has no Mindbody, WellnessLiving or PushPress integration, so a gym's membership billing is not in its directory or its docs. Adsu follows clicks through CRM and billing to the paying member, per location.

What AnyTrack is built for

AnyTrack's home page opens with "Feed Data. Unlock AI." and the line "Ad platforms' AI is only as smart as the data you feed it." That is the product in two sentences: one tracking tag on your site, and a server-side connection (data sent from AnyTrack's servers rather than the visitor's browser, so ad blockers and lost cookies do not drop it) that feeds conversions to six ad platforms, Google and Meta among them. Everything on this page about AnyTrack is what its own site says, as of September 2026; the pages are listed under Sources at the end.

Its site names five kinds of customer, and none of them runs a front desk: affiliate marketers, ecommerce, ad agencies, info businesses and lead generation. The integrations directory carries 70+ affiliate networks. The home page has no gym, fitness or membership mention, and a search of the site and its help center for those words finds nothing. AnyTrack is a strong tool aimed elsewhere.

What AnyTrack costs

Start with the sticker, because it favors AnyTrack: Starter is $100 a month and Adsu starts at $149. If the monthly price is the only line on your list, AnyTrack wins it. Four plans, each priced per month and capped by websites, sessions and team members:

  • Free, $0 a month.1 website, 5,000 sessions a month, 1 ad platform integration, 1 conversion source.
  • Starter, $100 a month."For marketers running paid campaigns on one site": 100,000 sessions a month, 2 team members, all six ad platforms, and a 14-day free trial.
  • Personal, $150 a month. All of Starter plus 3 websites, 500,000 sessions a month, and the features a gym would need to reach past the CRM: GA4, webhooks, custom integrations and cross-domain tracking.
  • Advance, —.10 websites.

Read the caps, not the sticker. Starter is written for one site and two team members; a second site is a Personal-plan feature, and so are the webhooks. Adsu is one plan, priced by the member revenue it tracks, from $149 a month: every location on its own line, no per-location fee, no seats and no add-ons. A slow month costs less, and if your ad ROI doesn't grow, you don't pay. The bands are on pricing.

Adsu vs AnyTrack for a gym

The same nine columns the full comparison table uses for every tool, cut to Adsu and AnyTrack. Each AnyTrack cell was read on its own site on the date under it and links there; Yes and No mean the page states it, means the page we read did not. Adsu's row links to this site. On a phone the table scrolls sideways and the tool column stays put.

Read from each vendor’s own site on the date under each cell, as of September 2026. Adsu’s row is Adsu’s own claims.

Where AnyTrack stops for a gym

A gym's money is not a checkout. Someone clicks or calls, books a visit, walks in, and pays at the front desk through Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner or Naamly, then pays again every month. Attribution, crediting that member and their revenue to the ad that produced them, depends on whether the tool can see the payment and the location it happened at. Three things on AnyTrack's own site answer that.

  • No gym billing system in the directory or the docs. The 138 integration pages and the knowledge base list none of Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner or Naamly, and no Square. Stripe is not in the directory either: it exists as a knowledge-base guide that tracks a completed checkout session and needs Zapier, Make or a Stripe webhook to run.
  • Calls by Retreaver only. The one call-tracking route is a three-step custom postback to Retreaver, set up by hand. CallRail, WhatConverts, CallTrackingMetrics and Ringba are absent from the directory and the help center. A gym that gets half its enquiries by phone has to bring its own call vendor and wire it in.
  • HighLevel events are CRM events.AnyTrack's HighLevel integration is real (HighLevel is the CRM, the system that holds a gym's leads, bookings and invoices) and its event list is long: form submit, initiate checkout, contact created, appointment created, order created, order upsell, invoice created and fully paid, opportunity created and opportunity won. Every one of them happens inside HighLevel. A member who walked in and joined at the desk, or a renewal billed through your gym software rather than a HighLevel invoice, is on none of them, so nothing AnyTrack documents carries it back to Google or Meta. The Personal plan's webhooks and custom integrations are the route to build that; the build is yours.

To be fair, AnyTrack does close the loop it was built for. Its lead-generation page describes syncing booked calls, meetings attended and deal stages, and tying a deal that closes today to a session from two months ago. For a business whose whole funnel lives in the CRM, that is the job done. A gym's funnel ends in a billing system AnyTrack does not read.

What Adsu adds

Adsu was built for the other end of that chain. It follows the six stages AI ad tracking walks through, click or call, enquiry, appointment booked, appointment showed, membership paid and every renewal after, and reads the payment from your billing system rather than a value in a CRM.

  • One line per campaign per location.Cost per appointment, cost per show and cost per member for each gym you run, on one plan with no per-location fee, so the ad that fills one location and flops at the other shows up as two numbers, not one average.
  • Booked, showed and paid go back to Google and Meta. The ad platforms optimize toward whatever you report as a win. Report the show and the paid membership, per location, and their targeting learns who joins rather than who fills in a form.
  • Set up for you.Adsu connects to HighLevel as the CRM and to Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Naamly, Stripe or Square as the record of who paid. No dev work, no ad changes, nothing new for your staff to learn. If we can't verify a stage, we don't count it.

When AnyTrack is the better buy

AnyTrack is a serious product for the marketers it names, and there are four cases where it is the sensible pick over Adsu.

  • You run one site and want to start free. The Free plan costs nothing and Starter carries a 14-day trial. Adsu is demo-gated, with no self-serve trial.
  • You sell through affiliate networks or an online store.AnyTrack's directory is built around 70+ affiliate networks and an ecommerce category. That is its home turf, and it is not ours.
  • Your whole funnel is HighLevel, with nothing to reconcile. If every enquiry, booking, invoice and payment happens inside HighLevel and you run one location, AnyTrack's HighLevel events already carry the stages you sell on, and there is no front-desk payment for Adsu to add.
  • You need a Hyros alternative for a business that is not a gym.AnyTrack publishes its own Hyros-alternative page. If you are a gym, read our Hyros comparison instead: the gap there is the same billing system.

If you run gyms, none of those describes you. Your member joined at a desk, through gym software, at one location, and that is the case Adsu was built for. Big Day Fitness runs two of them, and their numbers are on proof.

Every AnyTrack fact on this page was read on AnyTrack's own site, as of September 2026. Sources: home page (the headline, the five segments, no gym or fitness mention) · pricing (the four plans, their caps, the trial) · HighLevel integration (the event list) · integrations directory (138 pages, 70+ affiliate networks, no gym billing system, no Square, no call-tracking vendor) · Hyros alternative page (the vs page) · lead-generation page (booked calls, meetings attended, deal stages, long-lag attribution) · Stripe guide (Stripe by knowledge-base guide only). Questions, answered.

  • No. As of September 2026, AnyTrack's integrations directory (138 pages) and its knowledge base list no Mindbody, and none of WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Naamly or Square either. A membership paid through Mindbody is outside anything AnyTrack documents reading, so that member's payment stays outside what it reports. Adsu reads Mindbody and the other six billing systems and credits each payment to the click or call that produced it.

  • Yes. AnyTrack lists HighLevel under lead generation and documents these events, sent server-side to Google and Meta: form submit, initiate checkout, contact created, appointment created, order created, order upsell, invoice created and fully paid, opportunity created and opportunity won, as of September 2026. All of them happen inside HighLevel; a join or a renewal billed through your gym software is outside them. Adsu reads HighLevel as the CRM and your billing system as the record of who paid, so booked, showed and paid all count, per location.

  • As of September 2026, AnyTrack publishes monthly plans on anytrack.io/pricing: Free at $0 (1 website, 5,000 sessions a month), Starter at $100 (one site, 2 team members, 100,000 sessions, 14-day free trial) and Personal at $150 (3 websites, 500,000 sessions, GA4 and webhooks), with annual billing at two months free. Adsu is one plan from $149 a month, priced by the member revenue it tracks, with no per-location or per-seat fees, and if your ad ROI does not grow you do not pay.

  • AnyTrack positions itself as a Hyros alternative and publishes a page for it, as of September 2026. For a gym the two share the same gap: neither lists Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner or Naamly, so neither reads the system a membership is billed through, and neither documents a per-location model. If you run gyms, Adsu reads the billing system, keeps each location on its own line, and sends booked, showed and paid back to Google and Meta.
