Which ad tracking tool fits a gym?
A gym's tool must read the billing system members pay through (Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Stripe), follow calls as well as clicks, keep each location on its own line, and send booked, showed and paid back to Google and Meta. Adsu is the only tool in the table that does all four; each rival stops at one or two.
Updated
The four questions that decide it
A cheap lead is not a cheap member. Every tool in this table can count clicks and form fills; the differences show up after the enquiry, where the money is. Four questions sort them, and they map to the first five columns of the table.
- Does it read your billing system? The member pays through Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Stripe or Square. A tool that never sees that payment can only guess who joined. Eight rivals in the table list no gym billing system at all; two read Mindbody, and Mindbody's own reports are the third case.
- Does it follow calls, not only clicks? Many gym enquiries are a phone call to the front desk. Attribution (crediting a member and their revenue to the ad that produced them) has to include the caller, or the ads that make people pick up the phone look like they did nothing.
- Does it keep each location on its own line?A three-gym operator needs cost per member per location, not a blended number. Tools built for one storefront or one business per account cannot split it; tools that price per location make the split expensive.
- Does it send booked, showed and paid back to Google and Meta? The ad platforms optimize toward whatever you report as a win. Report form fills and they find form-fillers. Report the appointment showed and the membership paid, and they find people who join.
The table
Yes and No mean the vendor's own site states it on the date printed under the cell; — means the page we read did not state it. Nothing here is a guess: every cell in a rival's row links to the vendor page it came from, as of September 2026, and a price or guarantee that appears only in a blog post or an undated FAQ is not counted. Adsu's row links to this site. On a phone the table scrolls sideways and the tool column stays put.

Pick by the stack you already run
- You run HighLevelHighLevel's native send-back is real but partial: "Add to Google Ads" fires only on form, order, number-pool call, survey and chat, not on pipeline stages; Meta CAPI (Meta's Conversions API, the server-side channel for reporting wins) can fire on a pipeline stage change; neither carries billing revenue, walk-in joins or a per-location split (sources in the HighLevel row above). Adsu reads HighLevel as the CRM and your billing system as the truth. See integrations.
- You run MindbodyMindbody's reports show sales by location but carry no ad-source or cost-per-member dimension, so they cannot tell you which campaign produced a member. Adsu reads Mindbody's payments and credits them to the click or call. See integrations.
- You run WellnessLiving, PushPress or Zen PlannerNo rival in the table lists any of the three. Adsu reads all of them, plus Naamly, Stripe and Square. See integrations.
- You run more than one locationAdsu is one plan: every location on its own line and no per-location fee, priced by the member revenue it tracks. See pricing.
- You want to replace the whole stackIf you would rather move booking, billing, check-in and the member app onto one system and buy attribution with it, Kuviro is built that way; it prices per location and gates the multi-location rollup to its Scale plan. Adsu sits on the systems you already run.
Every comparison
Is Hyros the right ad tracker for a gym? Where it fits, where it stops (no gym billing systems, no documented per-location split), and what Adsu does.
WhatConvertsWhatConverts tracks the call or form. Adsu follows it to booked, showed and paid, credits the membership to the ad, and covers every location in one plan.
CallRailCallRail tells you which ad made the phone ring, then stops at the enquiry. Adsu follows the caller to booked, showed and paid, per location, from $149/mo.
Best ad tracking software for gymsThe honest options by stack: HighLevel, Mindbody, Stripe, PushPress, Zen Planner or an agency roster, and when your CRM alone is enough. Updated 2026.
How this table was built
Adsu's row is Adsu's own claims, taken from this site: the integrations list, the pricing page and its FAQ, and the proof page, where Big Day Fitness (2 locations) is the one customer we name. Every other cell was read on the vendor's own site on the date shown and links to that page. We did not use review sites, ad-copy claims or memory.
The same rule runs the product: if we can't verify a stage, we don't count it. That is why the stages column matters more than the price column. How AI ad tracking works walks the chain from click or call to paying member.
If you got here looking for a Hyros alternative, a CallRail alternative or the best ad tracking software for a gym, the four questions above are the test. Apply them to any tool, including ours.
Questions, answered.
Each rival's cell was read on the vendor's own website (pricing, integrations, help center or a named page) on the date printed in the cell, and links to that page. Yes and No mean the site states it; — means it did not. Adsu's row comes from this site's integrations list, pricing page and proof page. Nothing comes from review sites or memory.
Dates, not promises: every cell carries the date it was read, and the page carries the date it last changed. We re-read the vendor pages each time we update a comparison. When a vendor page stops stating a claim, the cell changes to — rather than standing on an old reading.
Because for most gyms they are the status quo, and owners ask whether the CRM or the billing system already answers the question. HighLevel's dashboard revenue is the value of won opportunities, not payments received, and its Google send-back cannot fire on a pipeline stage; Mindbody's reports have no ad-source dimension. Both rows show exactly where the native reports stop, with the vendor's own pages as the source.
