Does Adsu integrate with HighLevel, and what flows?
Yes. GoHighLevel connects to Adsu as a live OAuth connection, authorized through the Adsu marketplace app for one HighLevel location. It contributes contacts, appointments, source fields, and lead identity: the enquiry and appointment booked stages of the chain. Adsu joins those to the payment and the click, so every HighLevel lead is judged on whether it became a member.

What this connection supplies
HighLevel is the lead lane. Of the three evidence lanes Adsu needs, the CRM is the one that knows who raised a hand: the contact, the appointment they booked, the source fields HighLevel recorded, and the email and phone Adsu later matches against the payment. Without it, a click and a payment have nothing in between.
In your scorecard that shows up as the enquiry and the appointment booked stages; when the appointment is kept, that is the show. Adsu takes the contact’s email and phone, resolves them against the payment source (Stripe, Mindbody or WellnessLiving), and credits the resulting member and every renewal to the campaign that produced the enquiry. Cost per appointment and cost per show for a HighLevel funnel come out of this lane.
How it connects
GoHighLevel connects as a live OAuth connection. Inside Adsu, open Connections, choose GoHighLevel, sign in to HighLevel and approve the Adsu marketplace app for the sub-account that owns the location’s contacts and calendars. Back in Adsu, confirm the location mapping; contacts and appointments then arrive through the live integration.
- One HighLevel sub-account maps to one Adsu location. A multi-location group repeats the connection per location, and activity at a sibling never makes this location look healthy.
- A new connection reads Awaiting data until the first contact or appointment lands, then Receiving. Receiving means at least one CRM event; the payment and browser lanes are checked separately.
- If activity appears under the wrong Adsu location, fix the source-to-location mapping in Adsu. Campaign names and report filters are not the fix.
- When a HighLevel form posts inside an iframe and redirects to a thank-you page, append
?email={{contact.email}}&phone={{contact.phone}}to the redirect URL. That closes the browser-to-contact identity gap.
What HighLevel reports on its own, and where it stops
HighLevel’s own reporting is real and worth knowing before you add anything. As of September 2026, every contact carries an Attribution Source with a first attribution and a latest attribution, recorded when the contact submits a form, survey, calendar booking, chat widget or order form. Google Ad Reporting and Facebook Ad Reporting show campaign-level impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, CPA, revenue and ROI. Its workflows send conversions back: the “Add to Google Ads” action posts offline conversions to Google Ads with the click’s GCLID, and a Meta Conversions API action can fire on a pipeline stage change.
Where it stops, in HighLevel’s own words: attribution is single-touch, first or latest only. The revenue on the dashboard is the sum of the monetary value of WON opportunities, not the payment that cleared. The Client Spend figure in ad reporting is the cost of the ads plus management fees, with a markup the agency sets. And the “Add to Google Ads” action only works for form submission, order purchase, number-pool calling, survey submission and chat widget, so appointment showed and membership paid, the stages a gym is run on, never reach Google as offline conversions even though the Meta action can fire on pipeline stages. Its integrations page (gohighlevel.com/integrations) lists no Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner or Naamly, so the money at the front desk stays outside the report.

What Adsu adds
Adsu keeps HighLevel as the system of record for leads and adds the two things the CRM cannot see: the payment that cleared and the location it cleared at. The payment source, not a pipeline value, is the revenue authority; refunds and chargebacks reduce it; renewals are carried as recurring value for the member rather than counted as new conversions. Ad spend comes from the connected Google Ads and Meta accounts, not an agency-entered figure.
The scorecard reads one line per campaign per location: cost per appointment, cost per show, cost per member and ROAS, each computed only from stages Adsu verified. Appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid go back to Google Ads and Meta as the conversions to optimize for, so the platforms learn who pays rather than who fills out a form. Inbound calls are followed to the member as well as clicks. If a stage cannot be verified, it is not counted, and the uncovered remainder is shown as coverage rather than spread across campaigns.

Questions, answered.
Yes. HighLevel is Adsu’s supported CRM, connected as a live OAuth connection through the Adsu marketplace app. It supplies contacts, appointments, source fields and lead identity for the location you map it to, which Adsu joins to the payment source and the ad click.
HighLevel tracks which ad produced the contact and which opportunities were marked won. It does not read the billing system, so its revenue is the WON opportunity value, not the payment that cleared, and its Google send-back cannot fire on showed or paid, as of September 2026. Adsu adds the payment, the location and the verified stages.
Connect HighLevel, a payment source and Google Ads to Adsu, install the pixel and keep auto-tagging on so the gclid is captured. Adsu verifies the show and the payment against the CRM and billing records, then sends appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back to Google Ads as conversions.
No. Adsu reads contacts and appointments through the live connection. The only page-level changes are the Adsu pixel on your landing, form and thank-you pages, and one parameter string on iframe form redirects so the browser visit can be matched to the contact.
The connection is authorized by a HighLevel user who can approve the app for your sub-account, so the agency can do it. Adsu then reports spend from your own Google Ads and Meta accounts rather than an agency-entered figure, so you and the agency read the same numbers.
