Does Adsu integrate with Naamly, and what flows?

Yes. Naamly sits in Adsu’s Billing & members group, the billing and member-management systems Adsu works with alongside Stripe, Square, Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress and Zen Planner. A billing system supplies the payment and the location that took it, the membership paid and renewals stages, so a training gym’s campaigns are judged on members who paid, not on enquiries.

What this connection supplies

A training gym lives on recurring memberships, and the billing system is where those memberships are real. In Adsu the billing system is the revenue authority: it supplies the transactions, the refunds and the location that received the money, and Adsu never replaces a missing payment with an ad platform’s self-reported purchase value. For a Naamly gym that is the first membership payment and every renewal that follows.

Every dollar is net. Refunds and chargebacks reduce attributed revenue when they arrive, and a member’s later payments are carried as recurring value for that member rather than counted as new ad conversions. So a campaign that produced members who stay reads differently from one that produced members who left after a month, which is the difference a training gym needs to see.

How it connects

Billing systems connect inside Adsu, under Connections, and map to one Adsu location each. A connection reads Awaiting data until the first successful payment activity, then Receiving; a quiet gym can stay Awaiting with a valid connection, and Reconnect appears only on concrete evidence that the connection cannot authenticate or ingest. Setup is done for you: tell us what runs your front desk when you book a demo.

The billing system is one of three lanes. HighLevel supplies the enquiry and the appointment, and the Adsu pixel on your landing, form and thank-you pages supplies the click. Attribution needs all three; if one is missing, Adsu shows the gap rather than modelling around it.

What Naamly reports on its own, and where it stops

Naamly describes itself as total gym management software built for training gyms. As of September 2026 its site lists an intuitive CRM, simplified campaigns, reliable billing, custom scheduling, staff management and a client portal, and much of its public material is about the processing fees a gym saves on billing.

Where it stops, on its own pages: lead-source attribution, ad-spend or cost-per-member reporting, a join from revenue to the ad that produced it, per-location attribution and a conversion send-back to Google Ads or Meta are not described. Naamly runs the gym. It does not tell you what each member cost from each ad, or teach Google and Meta who paid.

What Adsu adds

Adsu joins the payment to the ad click and the CRM enquiry. Google Ads and Meta supply campaign identity and spend, the Adsu pixel captures the click, HighLevel supplies the enquiry and the appointment, and the billing system supplies the payment and the location. The member is resolved by exact email or exact phone and credited to the last eligible touch inside 30 days.

The scorecard reads one line per campaign per location: cost per appointment, cost per show, cost per member and ROAS, each computed only from stages Adsu verified. Appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid go back to Google Ads and Meta as the conversions to optimize for, so the platforms learn who pays. Inbound calls are followed to the member too. If a stage cannot be verified it is not counted, and coverage shows the remainder.

Questions, answered.

  • Yes. Naamly is in the Billing & members group Adsu works with. Connected as the billing system for a location, it supplies the membership payment and the location that took it, and Adsu credits that member and every renewal to the ad that produced them.

  • As of September 2026 its site describes CRM, campaigns, billing, scheduling, staff management and a client portal, and does not describe lead-source attribution, ad-spend reporting or a conversion send-back to Google or Meta. Adsu adds those by joining the Naamly payment to the ad click and the CRM enquiry, per location.

  • No. Adsu is built for multi-location operators and a single gym is welcome; the scorecard is the same one line per campaign. Pricing is by the member revenue Adsu tracks, from $149 a month, and the guarantee is the same: if your ad ROI does not grow, you do not pay.

  • No. Adsu is the attribution layer on top of the systems you already run. Naamly keeps billing, scheduling and memberships; HighLevel keeps the leads; your ad accounts keep the campaigns. Adsu reads them, joins the chain and reports it.

  • Two more lanes: HighLevel for the enquiry and the appointment, and the Adsu pixel on your landing, form and thank-you pages for the click, plus your Google Ads and Meta accounts for campaign identity and spend. With all three lanes connected, Adsu reports cost per member per location.
