Is Wicked Reports a fit for a gym?
Not by its own definition. Wicked Reports calls $5M–$50M ecommerce brands its best customers, starts at $499/mo plus a $199/mo Meta add-on on its lower tiers, and lists no gym membership system: Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner and Square are absent from its integrations page. Adsu follows a gym's chain, click or call to paid member, per location, from $149/mo.

Who Wicked Reports is built for
Wicked Reports is first-party attribution software for ecommerce brands. Attribution means crediting a customer, and the revenue they bring, to the ad that produced them; first-party means Wicked reads that from the brand's own order and email records rather than from a browser cookie. Its homepage headline is "First-Party Attribution That Finds New Customers", its audience line is "For agencies and operators running serious paid budgets", and it describes itself as "built on twelve years of first-party attribution" (wickedreports.com, as of September 2026).
Its own comparison page against Hyros says who that audience is. The "Best ICP" row reads "$5M–$50M ecommerce", and the page states: "Wicked Reports is built for ecommerce brands that need clean measurement, strong signals, and confident action — without human follow-ups in the loop" (wickedreports.com/resources/wicked-vs-hyros, as of September 2026). A gym is the opposite shape. A person enquires, a human follows up, they book a visit, they show or they don't, and they join at a desk. Wicked lists 25 case studies and has 137 blog posts in its sitemap, and none of them is about a gym, a studio or a membership (wickedreports.com/case-studies and wickedreports.com/sitemap.xml, as of September 2026). That is focus, not a flaw: Wicked has spent twelve years on one kind of business and says so on its front page.
What Wicked Reports costs a gym
Wicked publishes its prices: three tiers, each priced per band of annual gross revenue, and the pricing page tells you to "Use your last 12 months of gross revenue" to find your band (wickedreports.com/pricing, as of September 2026). In the "$0 – $2,500,000" band, the lowest one, the page prints:
- Measure$499/month.
- Scale$699/month.
- Maximize$999/month.
- Advanced Signal (Meta CAPI)"+$199/mo" on Measure and Scale. CAPI is Meta's Conversions API, the server-side channel a tool uses to tell Meta that a sale happened, so $698/mo is the cheapest Wicked plan that sends anything back to Meta.
Above $2.5M in trailing-twelve-month gross revenue the price rises by revenue band, and the band is set by the whole business, so a multi-location operator is placed by its revenue across every site (wickedreports.com/pricing, as of September 2026). The pricing page states nothing about locations at all; its unit is the revenue of the business.
Adsu is one plan, priced by the member revenue Adsu tracks: from $149/mo at up to $10,000 in tracked monthly revenue, rising by band from there, with no per-location fees, no seats and no add-ons (pricing). The price follows the members Adsu verified, so a slow month costs less.
Where the gym stack does not connect
Wicked's integrations page groups its connectors by category. The Shopping Cart/E-Commerce category is Shopify, Stripe, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Amazon; the CRM/Email category is Klaviyo; the Ad Platforms are Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and others (wickedreports.com/integrations, as of September 2026). Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Square and Google Tag Manager appear nowhere on that page and nowhere else on wickedreports.com. To be exact about Stripe: it is listed, filed as a shopping cart. A membership rung up in Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress or Zen Planner is a different record, and Wicked lists no way to read it.
HighLevel is the CRM many gyms run, and Wicked has a HighLevel page, though HighLevel is not on its current integrations page. That page is headed "Accurate Multi-Touch Revenue Attribution built for Ecommerce Brands using HighLevel", and what it attributes is "Shopify and WooCommerce revenue you closed with HighLevel owned media SMS and email" (wickedreports.com/highlevel-integration, as of September 2026). HighLevel is the email and SMS side of a Shopify funnel there. The appointment a gym books in HighLevel, and the visit it turns into, are not what the page describes.
Adsu reads HighLevel as the CRM, taking the contacts and appointments from the location you authorize, and reads the billing system as the record of who paid: Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Naamly, Stripe and Square are all on integrations. The payment is matched to the person who clicked or called and counted once it has cleared.
What goes back to Meta and Google
This is the part of Wicked that is real, and worth being precise about. Its homepage line is "Signal—Wicked sends the ad platforms a verified new customer event" (wickedreports.com, as of September 2026). On the Google side it supports Google Enhanced Conversions and pushes revenue back to Google with the GCLID, the click ID Google attaches to an ad visit, so the Google Ads account learns which clicks became orders (wickedreports.com/wicked-google-integration and wickedreports.com/highlevel-integration, as of September 2026). On the Meta side the add-on is Advanced Signal. Its page is headed "Advanced Signal : New Customer Acquisition for Meta Ads Scaling", and its FAQ answers the platform question in full: "Currently Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Google Advanced Signal is coming soon. Advanced Signal and Conversions API require Shopify, WooCommerce, or other supported Wicked Reports integration." (wickedreports.com/advanced-signal, as of September 2026).
Wicked's Google send-back is real; the difference for a gym is what the event means, not whether it fires. The events Wicked describes are ecommerce events, a lead and a purchase, split into new and repeat customers, and the Meta feedback needs a supported cart behind it. No page we read describes an appointment booked, an appointment showed or a membership renewal as a stage. A gym's ads should learn from those three, because a form fill is cheap and a member is not. Adsu sends appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back to Google and Meta, per location, so their targeting learns who joins and stays.
Side by side
Wicked Reports facts checked 2026-09-11 at wickedreports.com. The same nine columns the full comparison table uses for every tool, cut to two rows. Every Wicked cell is text read on its own site, with the page and date under it, or a dash where the page we read stated nothing; Adsu's row links to this site. On a phone the table scrolls sideways and the tool column stays put.

Three Wicked cells are a dash because its pricing page states nothing on a per-location split, a trial or a guarantee, and we do not fill a dash from a blog post or an undated FAQ. Call attribution is a yes with a scope: Wicked's CallRail page is headed "Accurate Multi-Touch Revenue Attribution built for Ecommerce Brands using CallRail" and is about crediting ecommerce revenue to SMS and email, not about an inbound call to a front desk (wickedreports.com/callrail-integration, as of September 2026). Adsu follows inbound calls to the paying member.
What Adsu adds
Adsu answers the question a gym owner asks: which ad produced a paying member, what did that member cost, and at which location? It follows a click or a call through enquiry, appointment booked, appointment showed, membership paid and every renewal, credits the revenue to the ad that produced it, and reports cost per appointment, cost per show and cost per member for each location on its own line. Only verified stages count: if we can't verify a stage, we don't count it.
Setup is done for you: your front desk keeps its software, your ads keep running, and nothing new lands on your staff. The deal is the one on the front page: results or you don't pay. Big Day Fitness runs two locations, in Norwell and Duxbury, MA, and is up 21 net members with $67,000+ in lifetime value added; the story is on proof.
When Wicked Reports is the right call
If you sell apparel, supplements or equipment through Shopify at scale, and the sale is a checkout rather than a conversation, Wicked Reports was built for you and Adsu was not. Its Scale / Chill / Kill recommendations, its Cohort & LTV Reports and its Halo incrementality model are made for a store deciding where next month's budget goes (wickedreports.com/pricing and wickedreports.com/halo, as of September 2026). Its own comparison page is candid the other way too: where most revenue closes through calls, demos or reps, it points buyers to Hyros rather than to itself (wickedreports.com/resources/wicked-vs-hyros, as of September 2026). Adsu is not an ecommerce tool. It reads no cart, runs no incrementality model and has no opinion about your product margins. It reads the membership system a gym pays through and follows the call, the visit and the join.
Questions, answered.
No. As of September 2026, Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress and Zen Planner appear nowhere on wickedreports.com, its integrations page included; the Shopping Cart/E-Commerce category there is Shopify, Stripe, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Amazon. Wicked lists no way to read a membership sold in Mindbody, so its site describes no path from that member to the ad that produced them. Adsu reads Mindbody and the other gym billing systems and credits each payment to the click or call that produced it.
Three tiers in the "$0 – $2,500,000" annual gross revenue band, as of September 2026 (wickedreports.com/pricing): Measure $499/month, Scale $699/month and Maximize $999/month, with Advanced Signal, the Meta CAPI feedback, a "+$199/mo" add-on on Measure and Scale. Bands are set by your last 12 months of gross revenue, and the price rises by band above $2.5M. Adsu is one plan from $149/mo, priced by the member revenue it tracks, with no per-location fees.
Neither was built for one, and Wicked's own comparison page draws the line: its "Best ICP" is "$5M–$50M ecommerce", and it sends businesses where most revenue closes through calls, demos or reps to Hyros (wickedreports.com/resources/wicked-vs-hyros, as of September 2026). Hyros lists itself at $230 a month on annual billing on hyros.com/llms.txt and, like Wicked, lists no gym membership system, as of September 2026. [Adsu vs Hyros](/compare/hyros) has the detail. Adsu reads the billing system a gym pays through and keeps every location on its own line.
A verified new-customer event, for an online order. Its homepage line is "Signal—Wicked sends the ad platforms a verified new customer event", and on Google it pushes revenue back with the GCLID through Google Enhanced Conversions (wickedreports.com/wicked-google-integration, as of September 2026). On Meta the add-on is Advanced Signal, and its own FAQ says: "Currently Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Google Advanced Signal is coming soon." (wickedreports.com/advanced-signal, as of September 2026). What goes back is an order from a shopping cart, not a booking, a show or a membership. Adsu sends appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back to Google and Meta, per location, so the platforms learn who joins.
Not in the way a gym uses it. Wicked's HighLevel page is headed "Accurate Multi-Touch Revenue Attribution built for Ecommerce Brands using HighLevel" and attributes "Shopify and WooCommerce revenue" to HighLevel email and SMS; HighLevel is not on its current integrations page (wickedreports.com/highlevel-integration and wickedreports.com/integrations, as of September 2026). Adsu reads the contacts and appointments from the HighLevel location you authorize and the billing system behind them, so the booking in HighLevel and the payment at the desk both count.
