Does Adsu integrate with Mindbody, and what flows?

Yes. Mindbody connects to Adsu as a live credential connection: you enter the site credentials Adsu asks for and map the Mindbody site to one Adsu location. It contributes real transactions, refunds, and the revenue-bearing location, the membership paid and renewals stages, so every campaign is judged on the money that cleared at that studio, not on leads.

What this connection supplies

Mindbody is the payment lane. The payment source is Adsu’s revenue authority: it supplies the transactions, the refunds and the location that received the money, and Adsu does not replace missing payment data with an ad platform’s self-reported purchase value. For a Mindbody studio that means the first membership payment and every renewal after it come from the same records your front desk reconciles.

Two things follow. Attribution is judged at membership paid, the stage that pays the rent, rather than at the form fill. And location is owned by the payment account, so a member who enquired on a shared website but paid at your second studio lands in the second studio’s scorecard without anyone reading campaign names.

How it connects

Mindbody connects as a live credential connection. In Adsu, open Connections, choose Mindbody, enter the site credentials requested, and map the Mindbody site to the correct Adsu location. A group with several Mindbody sites connects each one to its own location.

  • Mindbody data is refreshed conservatively. If the source is unavailable, Mindbody-derived surfaces go blank rather than serve stale numbers, and repopulate after a successful reconnect.
  • Mindbody-derived data is kept ephemeral by design: retained for no more than 48 hours and continuously re-derived from the connected account rather than stored long-term.
  • The connection reads Awaiting data until the first payment or sync event; a quiet studio can stay Awaiting with valid credentials. Reconnect means Adsu has concrete evidence the credentials no longer work.

What Mindbody reports on its own, and where it stops

Mindbody’s reporting is built for running the studio, and it does that well. As of September 2026 its plans start at $79 per location per month, its reporting covers revenue, attendance, utilization, payroll, promotions, inventory and membership status, and its campaign dashboard measures how every email and text performs, down to revenue impact. Since a product update on 30 August 2026 you can connect Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to its booking widgets.

Where it stops: none of those reports carries a lead-source, ad-campaign, ad-spend, ROAS or cost-per-member dimension, so Mindbody cannot tell you which ad a member came from or what that member cost. No Meta Conversions API or Google Ads offline-conversion upload is documented on its site, and the pixel on the widgets only captures activity inside the widget. Its integrations directory lists no ad-attribution, Google Ads, Meta Ads or call-tracking connector, and no HighLevel connector. Third parties close part of the gap: ConversionLoop’s Mindbody guide sends sale, membership-purchase and booking events to Google Ads and Meta but describes no showed stage and no per-location reporting, and LeadsBridge’s Mindbody to Google offline conversions page is a waiting list.

What Adsu adds

Adsu puts the ad-side dimensions on top of Mindbody’s payment records. Google Ads and Meta supply campaign identity and spend; the Adsu pixel captures the click on your landing pages; HighLevel supplies the enquiry and the appointment; Mindbody supplies the payment and the location. Adsu resolves the member by exact email or exact phone, credits the last eligible touch inside 30 days, and reports cost per appointment, cost per show, cost per member and ROAS, one line per campaign per location.

It then sends appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back to Google Ads and Meta as the conversions to optimize for, and follows inbound calls to the member as well as clicks. The show rate, the renewals and the per-location split are exactly what the vendor and third-party reports above leave out. If a stage cannot be verified, it is not counted: coverage shows the uncovered remainder instead of spreading it across campaigns.

One plan covers every studio and every team member, priced by the member revenue Adsu tracks. See pricing.

Set it up

Connect payment sources covers the Mindbody credentials and location mapping. Pair it with Connect GoHighLevel for the lead lane and Connect ad platforms for spend, then install the pixel.

Questions, answered.

  • Yes. Mindbody is one of Adsu’s supported payment sources, connected with the site credentials Adsu requests and mapped to one Adsu location. It supplies real transactions, refunds and the revenue-bearing location, so members and renewals are credited to the ad that produced them.

  • Not on its own. As of September 2026 Mindbody’s reporting covers revenue, attendance, utilization, payroll, promotions, inventory and membership status, with no lead-source, ad-spend, ROAS or cost-per-member dimension. Adsu adds those by joining Mindbody payments to the ad click and the CRM enquiry, per location.

  • Connect Mindbody, HighLevel and Google Ads to Adsu, install the pixel and keep Google auto-tagging on. Adsu matches the Mindbody payment to the contact and the captured click, then sends membership paid back to Google Ads as a conversion, alongside appointment booked and appointment showed.

  • ConversionLoop connects Mindbody to Google Ads and Meta and sends sale, membership-purchase and booking events; as of September 2026 its site describes no showed stage, no per-location reporting and no call tracking. Adsu adds the show, renewals, inbound calls and one scorecard per location, and counts only stages it verified.

  • Mindbody-derived data is kept ephemeral by design: retained for no more than 48 hours and continuously re-derived from the connected account rather than stored long-term. If Mindbody is unavailable, the affected surfaces go blank instead of showing stale numbers.

  • Each Mindbody site maps to its own Adsu location, so connect each one. That is what makes the per-location scorecard honest: the payment account owns the location, and activity at one studio never makes another look healthy. One plan covers every location.
