Does Adsu integrate with Google Ads, and what flows?

Yes. Google Ads connects to Adsu as a live OAuth connection: authorize a Google identity with access to the Ads customer and select the account that owns this location’s campaigns. It contributes campaign identity, account context, and spend, the click and the spend end of the chain, and receives appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back as conversions.

What this connection supplies

Google Ads is the spend lane. It tells Adsu which campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords exist and what each one cost over the report period, which is the denominator in every cost-per figure. The click itself arrives through the Adsu pixel: with auto-tagging on, the gclid on the landing URL gives exact click matching, and Adsu’s Final URL suffix carries the campaign, ad group, creative, keyword, device, network, placement, target and location identifiers with the visit.

Campaign IDs are the durable identity; names can change and are not a safe join key. That is why a renamed campaign keeps its history in Adsu, and why spend and attributed revenue are compared over the same date range before ROAS is shown.

How it connects

Google Ads connects as a live OAuth connection. From Connections in Adsu, authorize a Google identity that can access the intended Ads customer, then select the customer account that owns the campaigns for this workspace. Keep Google auto-tagging enabled so gclid can power exact click matching.

  1. 01
Apply Adsu’s template as an account-level Final URL suffix, so gclid stays available and the campaign identifiers travel with the visit.
  2. 02
Visit a tagged landing page and confirm in Tracking → Parameters and Tracking → Sources that the pixel read the click evidence.
  3. 03
Check spend and attributed revenue over the same date range before reading ROAS.

An ad account can be connected without an ingest badge: its role is campaign identity and spend, not CRM or payment events. Connection status is not attribution; a campaign with spend and no attributed payments still needs a tracked visit, a CRM identity and a counted payment match.

What Google Ads reports on its own, and where it stops

Google Ads reports what happened inside Google: impressions, clicks, cost, and the conversions you tell it about. Its optimization is only as good as those conversions. Send it form fills and it finds people who fill out forms; in this site’s words, Google counts the leads Google thinks it produced.

What it cannot see is everything after the click: whether the lead booked, whether they showed, whether they paid at the front desk, and which of your locations took the money. Add Google’s conversion count to Meta’s and you have more members than you signed. Offline conversions close that gap only when something that verified the sale tells Google which clicks became members.

What Adsu adds

Adsu joins the Google click to the enquiry in HighLevel and the payment in your billing system, resolves the member by exact email or exact phone, and credits the last eligible touch inside 30 days. Spend from Google Ads and net revenue from the payment source meet in one scorecard: cost per appointment, cost per show, cost per member and ROAS, one line per campaign per location, computed only from stages Adsu verified.

Then the loop closes. Appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid go back to Google Ads as the conversions to optimize for, so Google’s own targeting learns who books and pays rather than who fills out a form. Inbound calls are followed to the member as well as clicks. If a stage cannot be verified it is not counted and not sent; coverage shows the remainder rather than spreading it across campaigns.

Set it up

Connect ad platforms has the Google Ads authorization; Tag ad URLs has the Final URL suffix; Unattributed traffic is high is where to look if clicks arrive without their parameters.

Questions, answered.

  • Yes. Google Ads is a live OAuth connection. It supplies campaign identity, account context and spend, the click arrives through the Adsu pixel with the gclid, and Adsu sends appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back to Google Ads as conversions.

  • Adsu does this for gyms. It verifies the membership payment against your billing system and the member against your CRM, then sends membership paid, along with appointment booked and appointment showed, back to Google Ads and Meta as the conversions to optimize for, per location.

  • Two settings: keep auto-tagging on and add Adsu’s template as an account-level Final URL suffix. Your campaigns, budgets and bids stay yours. The rest happens in Adsu: verifying stages against the CRM and billing records and sending them back as conversions.

  • An offline conversion is a result that happened away from your website, such as a membership paid at the front desk, reported back to Google Ads against the click that started it. Gyms need it because the sale happens in the building, not in the browser, and without it Google optimizes for form fills.

  • From the payment account. The connected billing account determines the Adsu location, so Adsu does not infer location from a campaign name, a landing-page label or the member’s address. That is why the scorecard reads one line per campaign per location.
