ConversionLoop vs Adsu for a Mindbody or GoHighLevel gym
Both send Mindbody or GoHighLevel sales back to Google Ads and Meta. ConversionLoop is a self-serve connector from $29/mo that fires booked and paid events. Adsu is a done-for-you service from $149/mo that verifies booked, showed and paid, credits every renewal to the ad, and reports cost per member for each location.

What ConversionLoop does well
ConversionLoop is a self-serve connector. You sign in with Google, follow a step-by-step wizard, and its site says most users are live in under 20 minutes (conversion-loop.com/demo, as of September 2026). It reads a closed deal from your CRM or booking system and fires it back to Google Ads as an offline conversion, a win reported after the click, and to Meta through the Conversions API.
The breadth is real. Its home page lists 15 CRM and booking sources, Mindbody, GoHighLevel and Stripe among them (ServiceTitan tagged Coming Soon), with Google Ads, Meta and OpenAI Ads as destinations, and it publishes a Google Ads and a Meta setup guide for most of them, Mindbody included, Mindbody included (conversion-loop.com/integrations, as of September 2026). Every subscription carries a 14-day trial with no credit card, and a $495 self-host package ships the source (conversion-loop.com/pricing, as of September 2026).
Where the chain stops
A gym is not won when a deal is marked closed. The person clicks or calls, books an intro, shows up or does not, pays at the front desk, then renews every month. ConversionLoop’s guides describe booked and paid going back to both ad platforms; Adsu verifies every stage before it is credited.
Stage sent back to Google Ads / Meta (ConversionLoop, from its guides, observed 2026-09-12) vs stage verified and credited to the ad (Adsu, from AI ad tracking and the site FAQ).
| Stage | ConversionLoop: sent back to Google Ads / Meta | Adsu: verified and credited to the ad |
|---|---|---|
| Click | gclid and fbclid captured by its cl.js script on page load, matched later by email or phone | Someone taps an ad. The visit is tied to the campaign that produced it. |
| Call | No: its own table reads "Call tracking — No" (/vs/hyros); its phone post points to CallRail | Someone picks up the phone. Adsu follows the inbound call to the paying member. |
| Enquiry | Meta Lead event, or any GoHighLevel pipeline stage by webhook; no Google Ads lead event listed | A name and a number: a person, not a session. |
| Appointment booked | Yes, Google Ads and Meta: "Class/Appointment Booked" (Mindbody), "Appointment Booked" (GoHighLevel) | A consult or intro lands on the calendar and goes back to Google and Meta as a win. |
| Appointment showed | Not found: no showed, attended, check-in or no-show event on any of the 24 pages read | They walked in. Verified, then sent back. Booked and showed are different numbers, and only one of them pays. |
| Membership paid | Yes, Google Ads and Meta: "Sale Completed" and "Membership Purchase" (Mindbody), "Payment Received" (GoHighLevel) | The first payment clears in the billing system. The campaign is judged on it, and it goes back to Google and Meta. |
| Every renewal after | Meta Subscribe only ("Membership renewals trigger a Subscribe event"); not found for Google Ads | Credited to the click, counted in revenue tracked (reported, not sent back as a new conversion). |
Two rows decide a gym’s numbers. Showed is where a cheap appointment turns out to be a no-show, and show rate separates a campaign that books from one that fills the floor. Renewals are where the money is: Adsu rolls each one into lifetime value per source, so cost per member is judged against what the member goes on to pay. If we can’t verify a stage, we don’t count it.
Per-location truth
ConversionLoop runs one integration per location. Its GoHighLevel guide gives each sub-account its own integration, webhook URL and Google Ads connection, its support page caps the pay-what-you-want plan at three integrations, and no page we read describes a location-level report or roll-up; “franchise” appears nowhere on its site as of September 2026 (conversion-loop.com/support and the GoHighLevel guide, as of September 2026).
Both tools read the Mindbody sale, front desk included. Only Adsu reports it by location and verifies the show first. In Adsu the location is owned by the payment account, never a campaign name: each Mindbody site or HighLevel sub-account maps to its own location, and the scorecard reads one line per campaign per location: cost per appointment, cost per show and cost per member. One plan, no per-location fee.
Setup and who owns it
ConversionLoop’s setup is yours to do: place the cl.js script in your page head or through Google Tag Manager, map each CRM event to a Google Ads conversion action and a Meta event, and keep the email a prospect types into your form identical to the one on their Mindbody record, because email is the match key (the Mindbody guides, as of September 2026). In its own words, a prospect who books straight in the Mindbody app without visiting your site has no click ID to capture.
Adsu’s setup is done for you: we connect Mindbody or HighLevel and the ad accounts, install the pixel, and your front desk changes nothing. One thing still happens on your side: Adsu’s URL suffix goes on your Google Ads and Meta account so the click identifiers travel with the visit.
Pricing, side by side
ConversionLoop publishes three packages (conversion-loop.com/pricing, as of September 2026). Pay what you want, $29 to $299 a month, buys three integrations, unlimited events, Google Ads and Meta, and email support. Unlimited, $195 a month, buys unlimited integrations, enhanced identity matching, white-label dashboards and Slack support. Self-host, $495 once, buys the source, the docs, the deploy scripts and twelve months of patches, non-refundable once downloaded.
Adsu is one plan, priced by the member revenue it tracks. $149 a month, up to $10,000 of tracked monthly revenue, buys every location, everyone on your team, the show verified, renewals credited to the ad, booked, showed and paid sent back to Google and Meta, and setup done for you. The price steps with the revenue Adsu verified, so a slow month costs less (pricing). And the deal on the front page holds here: results or you don't pay.
The same nine columns the full comparison table uses, cut to two rows; each ConversionLoop cell links to the page it was read from.

When ConversionLoop is the right buy
Four cases, each from its own site, where ConversionLoop is the sensible pick.
- You run one studio and want to wire it yourself. The 20-minute wizard, the webhooks and the public docs suit an owner comfortable placing a script and mapping events, and one Mindbody or HighLevel site fits inside the three-integration cap.
- You want to try before you buy.Every subscription carries a 14-day trial with no credit card and a 30-day refund. Adsu is demo-first: six questions when you book a demo, then a conversation on your numbers.
- Your CRM is Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or Close, or you book through Mariana Tek.ConversionLoop lists all five as sources. Adsu’s CRM is HighLevel and its billing systems are Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress, Zen Planner, Naamly, Stripe and Square (integrations); HubSpot is on Adsu’s list, on the email side.
- You are an agency on many GoHighLevel sub-accounts and want white-label dashboards. Its Unlimited plan is positioned for agencies running five or more accounts, every sub-account in one dashboard under your branding. Adsu’s answer is agency access across the client workspaces that grant it.
ConversionLoop also serves med spas, clinics, law firms and real estate, and gyms are not one of the nine industries its home page names (conversion-loop.com, as of September 2026); Adsu is built for gyms and nothing else.

Questions, answered.
Not on its own. As of September 2026 Mindbody’s reporting covers sales by location, attendance and membership status, with no lead-source, ad-spend or cost-per-member dimension (mindbodyonline.com/business/reporting). ConversionLoop’s Mindbody guide sends the sale and the booking back to Google Ads and Meta so the platforms learn, and describes no report by location. Adsu joins the Mindbody payment to the click or call and the CRM enquiry, verifies the show, and reports cost per member one line per campaign per location.
Only when the walk-in’s email already matched a session its cl.js script recorded on your website. Its Mindbody guide says a prospect who goes straight to the Mindbody app without visiting your site from an ad has no click ID to capture, and it recommends capturing the same email in your forms and in Mindbody (conversion-loop.com, as of September 2026). Adsu reads the billing system itself and matches the payment to the click or call that brought the person in; if nobody clicked or called first, no ad gets the credit.
Not found. On the 24 pages we read on 2026-09-12 there is no showed, attended, check-in or no-show event; its Google Ads events for Mindbody are Sale Completed, Membership Purchase and Class/Appointment Booked (conversion-loop.com/blog/mindbody-google-ads-tracking-setup). Adsu verifies the show against the CRM and billing records, reports cost per show for each campaign at each location, and sends appointment showed back to Google Ads and Meta alongside booked and paid.
ConversionLoop runs one integration per location, caps its pay-what-you-want plan at three, and describes no location-level report; the word franchise appears on none of the 24 pages we read (conversion-loop.com/support, as of September 2026). Adsu is one plan for every location, priced by tracked member revenue with no per-location fee, with each location on its own line and the showed stage verified before it counts. Our one published customer, Big Day Fitness, runs two.
