Does Adsu integrate with Zen Planner, and what flows?
Yes. Zen Planner sits in Adsu’s Billing & members group, the billing systems Adsu works with alongside Stripe, Square, Mindbody, WellnessLiving, PushPress and Naamly. A billing system supplies the payment and the location that took it, the membership paid and renewals stages, so every campaign is judged on the money that cleared at that gym, not on leads.

What this connection supplies
In Adsu the billing system is the revenue authority. Whatever your members pay through, it supplies the transactions, the refunds and the location that received the money, and Adsu does not replace a missing payment with an ad platform’s self-reported purchase value. For a Zen Planner gym that means the membership payment and every renewal after it, judged at the front desk rather than at the form.
The location rule follows from the payment. The account that took the money determines the Adsu location, so a group running several Zen Planner-billed gyms gets one honest scorecard per gym without anyone reading campaign names to guess where a member joined.
How it connects
Billing systems connect inside Adsu, under Connections, and map to one Adsu location each; connect every location separately where the account is location-specific. A connection reads Awaiting data until the first successful payment activity, then Receiving; a quiet gym can stay Awaiting with a valid connection, and Reconnect appears only on concrete evidence that the connection cannot authenticate or ingest. Setup is done for you: tell us what runs your front desk when you book a demo.
The billing system is one of three lanes. HighLevel supplies the enquiry and the appointment, and the Adsu pixel supplies the click. Attribution needs all three, and Adsu tells you which lane is missing rather than guessing.
What Zen Planner reports on its own, and where it stops
Zen Planner is a full gym-management platform, and its own marketing layer is worth knowing. As of September 2026 its site describes Zen Planner Engage as lead management from inquiry to enrollment with full visibility into your marketing funnel, reports that can be shared with multiple locations, and Studio billing with payment processing. A separate Digital Marketing service runs ads for you.
Where it stops, on its own pages: lead-source, UTM or ad-level attribution is not described, no ad-spend or cost-per-member report appears at product level, revenue by lead source is not stated, and no send-back of conversions to Google Ads or Meta is described. So Zen Planner can show you the funnel it manages. It does not show you what a member cost from each ad at each gym, or teach Google and Meta who paid.

What Adsu adds
Adsu joins the payment to the ad click and the CRM enquiry. Google Ads and Meta supply campaign identity and spend, the Adsu pixel captures the click on your landing pages, HighLevel supplies the enquiry and the appointment, and the billing system supplies the payment and the location. The member is resolved by exact email or exact phone and credited to the last eligible touch inside 30 days.
The scorecard reads one line per campaign per location: cost per appointment, cost per show, cost per member and ROAS, each computed only from stages Adsu verified. Appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid go back to Google Ads and Meta as the conversions to optimize for. Renewals are carried as recurring value for the member, refunds reduce net revenue, inbound calls are followed to the member, and if a stage cannot be verified it is not counted.
One plan covers every location and everyone on your team. See pricing.
Questions, answered.
Yes. Zen Planner is in the Billing & members group Adsu works with. Connected as the billing system for a location, it supplies the membership payment and the location that took it, and Adsu credits that member and every renewal to the ad that produced them.
Adsu works with all three: Zen Planner in its Billing & members group, and WellnessLiving and PushPress as live connections. Connect the billing system, HighLevel and your ad accounts, install the pixel, and Adsu reports cost per member per location and sends verified stages back to Google Ads and Meta.
As of September 2026 its site describes lead management from inquiry to enrollment and funnel visibility, but no lead-source, ad-spend or cost-per-member reporting and no conversion send-back to Google or Meta. Adsu adds those by joining the Zen Planner payment to the ad click and the CRM enquiry.
No. Adsu is the attribution layer on top of the systems you already run. Zen Planner keeps billing, scheduling and memberships; HighLevel keeps the leads; your ad accounts keep the campaigns. Adsu reads them, joins the chain and reports it per location.
Each location connects separately, and the account that took the payment owns the location in Adsu. That gives one scorecard per gym, with cost per member for each campaign at each gym. One plan covers every location; opening another does not change the price.
