What is a feedback loop?
The feedback loop is Adsu’s name for sending verified outcomes, appointment booked, showed and membership paid, back to the ad platforms as the wins to optimize for, so their targeting learns who pays instead of who fills in forms.

The feedback loop for gyms
Ad platforms chase whatever you tell them a win is. Tell Meta the win is a form fill and it goes looking for people who fill in forms: curious, cheap, and gone by the time your front desk calls. Nothing is broken. The platform is doing exactly what it was asked, with the only information it has.
The feedback loop changes what it is asked. Instead of the form, the wins sent back are the stages that happen at your gym: the consult that got booked, the person who showed, the membership that was paid for. The platform’s own targeting then learns from those, and starts finding people who look like your members rather than people who look like your leads.
That is where the AI in AI ad tracking lives: not in a dashboard, but in the platforms’ own models, fed better information. The plan is the same for every gym. Track the stages, verify them, send them back. Same budget, better people. The win is a cost per member that falls while spend stays flat, and a set of campaigns that improve on their own each month.
One caveat: the loop only works if what goes back is true. Send it every booking including the ones that never showed, and the platform learns to find people who book and vanish.
How Adsu uses the feedback loop
Booked, showed and paid go back to Google as offline conversions and to Meta through the Conversions API. Each stage goes back the moment it is verified: bookings as they land, shows as they are marked attended, payments as they clear. Adsu counts verified stages only: if a stage cannot be verified, it is not counted. Every report is one line per campaign per location.
Adsu credits the last eligible touch inside the 30 days before the payment. Renewals are carried as recurring value for that member, credited to the click that started the relationship. The result is a loop that runs without anyone at the gym doing anything: the front desk records what happened, Adsu verifies it, the platforms learn from it.

Questions, answered.
Conversion tracking tells the platform that something happened, usually a form fill on your website. The feedback loop sends back the stages that happen off the website, booked, showed and paid, verified against your CRM and billing system. The first tells the platform who enquired; the second teaches it who joins.
It changes who the platform shows them to. Adsu sends the stages that matter back into Google and Meta as the conversions to optimize for; the platform’s own AI then goes looking for more people like the ones who booked and paid. Your creative, budgets and campaigns stay yours to run.
Verified bookings, shows and payments go back to Google Ads as offline conversions and to Meta through the Conversions API. There is nothing for your team to upload and no spreadsheet to maintain; each stage goes back as it is verified.
