Does Adsu integrate with WellnessLiving, and what flows?
Yes. WellnessLiving connects to Adsu as a live credential connection, and each WellnessLiving location maps to its matching Adsu location during setup. It contributes real transactions, refunds, and the revenue-bearing location, the membership paid and renewals stages, so every campaign is judged on the money that cleared at that club rather than on leads.

What this connection supplies
WellnessLiving is the payment lane. The payment source is Adsu’s revenue authority: it supplies the transactions, the refunds and the location that received the money, and Adsu does not replace missing payment data with an ad platform’s purchase value. For a WellnessLiving business that is the first membership payment, every renewal after it, and the refunds that reduce net revenue.
Because WellnessLiving businesses can contain multiple provider locations, the location mapping is the part that matters most. Once each provider location maps to its own Adsu location, the payment owns the location, and a member who paid at your second club is credited to the second club’s campaigns.
How it connects
WellnessLiving connects as a live credential connection. In Adsu, open Connections, choose WellnessLiving, enter the credentials requested, and map each WellnessLiving location to its matching Adsu location so payments land in the right scorecard.
- The connection reads Awaiting data until the first successful payment or sync activity, then Receiving; a quiet club can stay Awaiting with valid credentials.
- Reconnect means Adsu has concrete evidence it can no longer authenticate or ingest. Reconnect the same intended account rather than mapping a sibling to make the badge green.
- The lead lane (HighLevel) and the browser lane (the Adsu pixel) connect separately; attribution needs all three.
What WellnessLiving reports on its own, and where it stops
WellnessLiving’s Marketing Suite is a real marketing layer. As of September 2026 its site says it will automatically track where each lead came from, track every lead from first click to client, and tie open rates, click-throughs and revenue to your WellnessLiving activity, because the marketing lives inside the same system as bookings and payments. The Enterprise plan adds a parent account and multi-location reporting.
Where it stops, on its own pages: the attribution model, UTM handling and ad-level capture are not described; no ad-spend, cost-per-lead or cost-per-member metric appears on the reporting or marketing pages; revenue is reported at the campaign level rather than the ad; and no Google Ads or Meta conversion send-back is described, the Google integration named being Reserve with Google, for bookings. So WellnessLiving can tell you a member came from a channel. It does not tell you what that member cost, or teach Google and Meta who paid.

What Adsu adds
Adsu joins the WellnessLiving payment to the ad click and the CRM enquiry. Google Ads and Meta supply campaign identity and spend, the pixel captures the click on your landing pages, HighLevel supplies the enquiry and the appointment, and WellnessLiving supplies the payment and the location. Adsu resolves the member by exact email or phone, credits the last eligible touch inside 30 days, and reports cost per appointment, cost per show, cost per member and ROAS, one line per campaign per location.
Appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid go back to Google Ads and Meta as the conversions to optimize for, so the platforms learn who pays. Renewals are carried as recurring value for the member, refunds reduce net revenue, and inbound calls are followed to the member alongside clicks. If a stage cannot be verified it is not counted; coverage shows the remainder.
One plan covers every location and everyone on your team. See pricing.
Set it up
Connect payment sources covers the WellnessLiving credentials and per-location mapping. Then Connect GoHighLevel, Connect ad platforms and install the pixel.
Questions, answered.
Yes. WellnessLiving is a supported payment source, connected with credentials and mapped location by location. It supplies real transactions, refunds and the revenue-bearing location, so each membership payment and renewal is credited to the ad that produced the member at that club.
Adsu does: WellnessLiving and PushPress are live connections, and Zen Planner is on the list of billing systems Adsu works with. Connect the billing system, HighLevel and your ad accounts, install the pixel, and Adsu credits paying members to the ad, per location, and sends the verified stages back to Google Ads and Meta.
During setup each WellnessLiving location is mapped to its own Adsu location. The payment account then owns the location, so a member who paid at one club is credited to that club’s campaigns, and activity at a sibling never makes another location look healthy.
As of September 2026 its site describes no Google Ads or Meta conversion send-back; the Google integration named is Reserve with Google, for bookings. Adsu sends appointment booked, appointment showed and membership paid back to Google Ads and Meta using the verified WellnessLiving payment.
No. Keep using it. Adsu reads WellnessLiving for payments and the location, takes the click from its own pixel and the enquiry from HighLevel, and reports cost per member per location on top. Nothing in WellnessLiving changes.
