An agency identity can belong to more than one agency and can receive access to multiple client workspaces. Every client entry is rechecked against the live membership, access grant, staff assignment, location set, and revocation state.
Effective access
Agency owners and admins can see clients allowed by their agency grants. Account managers and analysts are also narrowed by their current client and location assignments. Custom permissions can reduce which product surfaces or connection details are available.
Switching inside docs
The workspace and location controls in documentation request a fresh read-only context from Adsu. They do not enter that client in the product, change the agency cookie, write the location cookie, or create an audit event. Use Open in Adsu when you want the product itself to enter a client context.
