Status precedence
Adsu evaluates the strongest failure signal first. A disabled account, missing required credential, or unresolved authorization alert wins over old activity. An expired Meta grant wins over Awaiting data. Only a healthy account can be considered Receiving.

| Reconnect | Current authorization cannot support ingest | Open the exact integration in Adsu and reauthorize |
| Expired | A time-limited grant has elapsed | Renew the provider authorization in Adsu |
| Not connected | No account is mapped for this scope | Connect it in Adsu if the source is part of your stack |
Location scope
CRM and payment liveness is evaluated for the selected location wherever the source supports location-level evidence. Activity at a sibling location does not turn this location green.
