Workspace
A workspace is the Adsu organization for one brand or gym group. It owns the site key, connected accounts, locations, team, billing, and reports.
Location
The product is always scoped to one accessible location. A native owner can see every current location; a location manager sees only explicitly granted locations. Agency access can be narrowed further by client, permission, assignment, and location.
Docs context
When signed in, these docs default to the workspace and location currently selected in Adsu. The docs switcher is read-only: choosing another authorized setup changes only what the documentation panel displays. It does not write Adsu cookies, change the app’s active location, or alter any configuration.
Multi-location setup
- Create or confirm one Adsu location for every operating location you want reported separately.
- Map every location-specific CRM and payment account to the matching Adsu location.
- Install the shared workspace snippet on every web property, then configure routing when more than one location uses the same site or funnel.
- Check each location independently. Activity at one location must not make another location look healthy.
